What is a School Bond? Why Vote Yes by November 5th?

What is a School Bond and why do you need to vote?
The state provides minimal funding for school construction & modernization, which is why school districts rely on local, voter-approved bond funding. School bonds provide funding for renovating and repairing facilities and systems within buildings, building new schools and acquiring property. These funds provide for excellent learning environments and ensure that space is adequate for reasonable class sizes. Funding from the bond would be used to give access to every student in our district safe and secure schools and learning experiences to prepare them for good jobs in the future. It will also preserve our investment in facilities and ensure efficient and sustainable operations. Don’t forget to Vote Yes by November 5th!
