Endorse the 2022 renewal levies here:
On February 10, 2022 the Issaquah School Board approved the following three (3) levies to put forward to voters on April 26, 2022. The current levies will expire December 31, 2022. Like a subscription, levies must be renewed, or the funding will be lost. Renewal levies will provide funding for school years 2023-2026.
The (3) renewal levies are as follows:
(1) A four-year Educational Programs and Operations (EP&O) Levy renewal in the amounts of
$61,000,000 for collection in 2023 $64,000,000 for collection in 2024
$67,000,000 for collection in 2025 $70,000,000 for collection in 2026
(2) A four-year Capital Levy renewal (with educational technology and critical repairs components) in the amounts of
$31,472,000 for collection in 2023 $35,957,000 for collection in 2024
$36,561,000 for collection in 2025 $37,320,000 for collection in 2026
(3) A one-year School Bus Levy in the amount of $3,000,000 for collection in 2023.
These levies will continue funding for programs and services for our students in ALL schools to provide ALL students with the resources, technology and opportunity to succeed. Thank you for your support!
