Local Voter-Approved Levies cover funding gaps with what ISD students need!
There’s a gap between what the state funds and what ISD students need.
Local voter-approved levies help bridge that gap by supporting staffing, special education, mental health supports, athletics and activities, technology, transportation, enrichment programs, and more.
The EP&O Levy alone provides 16.6% of the district’s general fund, representing a strong community commitment to local public education. The district’s other revenue sources are the state (67.8%); local fees, tuition and gifts (9.4%); other financing sources (3.8%); federal funding (2.1%); and other funding (0.4%).
